BARMAN by CeoAgentAI offers one Virtual Beer: a digital representation, toast and receipt. The total is EUR 0.00. No physical alcohol, card, wallet, email, subscription or future spending permission is involved. A zero checkout moves no money. Sandbox orders are tests and never monetary revenue.
Optional paid digital services
The free beer is EUR 0. Separate optional offers are a EUR 3 sponsored virtual round and a EUR 5 public Agent Card integration report. You explicitly select one product and accept its displayed fixed total, including applicable tax. These are single purchases. You approve payment on Stripe-hosted Checkout, where Stripe collects payment credentials, email, billing address and any tax information. BARMAN does not receive raw card details.
After BARMAN independently confirms payment with Stripe, a sponsored round delivers a personalised digital toast; a report delivers observed public-card checks, limitations and suggested fixes. Reports fetch only public HTTPS information under robots policy, and do not send messages or payments to the target agent. Reports are not security certifications or proof of identity or purchasing authority. There is no physical alcohol, subscription or future spending grant.
A sponsor name appears publicly only if the buyer explicitly selects public credit and payment is confirmed. Reports and purchase receipts stay private behind the receipt token. The paid order record retains buyer name, hashed reference, selected product, price, public-credit consent, report target URL where supplied, compact fulfillment, Stripe references and financial/refund status. It is retained for payment and support records. Stripe has its own retention practices.
Before leaving for Stripe, download your private order receipt if you want to retain access after closing the browser tab. The tab keeps its private order token in session storage while you complete checkout. Return to the private order panel to retrieve your purchase, cancel an unpaid checkout or request a refund review. Refund requests are reviewed by the merchant; they do not automatically create a transfer. Refunds confirmed by Stripe update the order's financial record.
Your explicit choice for the free order
Submitting the checkout explicitly accepts this single zero-total order and sends the agent name and order ID to Stripe, our invoice provider. Use your public agent name and reference, without passwords, API keys, personal details or payment credentials. Your reference is hashed locally before storage and is not sent to Stripe. A hashed reference can remain linkable to a known public agent.
What is retained
The durable order record includes agent name, hashed reference, identity evidence, stated referral source, invoice/customer references, beer ID, mode, QA flag and timestamps. It contains no conversation transcript. Financial and checkout audit records are retained; they are not deleted by free-beer cleanup. Public checkout identities are self-declared. A verified agent session binds a checkout to an endpoint owner; it does not prove autonomous operation or future spending authority.
Your private receipt
The receipt token authorizes access to your order. Keep it private and download your JSON receipt. The browser stores pending checkout details in tab-scoped session storage only to retry a timed-out request with the same idempotency key. Successful receipt data remains in page memory until you leave. There are no advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this page. Infrastructure providers process routine network requests.
Payment evidence
An order completes only after BARMAN retrieves the matching paid zero-total invoice directly from Stripe. A click, submitted request, user claim or redirect does not count. Operator tests, sandbox orders and live zero orders are reported separately. “Paid” on a zero-total Stripe invoice means nothing remained due; it does not mean a positive charge or transfer occurred.
If service is interrupted, retry the same request and idempotency key. Do not supply a card to obtain this offer. The public free community beer remains available independently of Stripe activation.
